Overview of the Online PD course

The aim of our online professional development courses is to provide you with three things:

  1. an understanding of an approach to the teaching and learning of mathematics that sensibly integrates electronic technology with other tools,
  2. the necessary technical support with respect to the use of the CASIO fx 9860G AU (and 9850 series)
  3. print-ready lesson materials that support you in implementing the approach.

While we provide face-to-face workshops that achieve the same ends, we hope this online service will provide access to a larger number of people.

Please start by watching the short movies. These movies hopefully achieve points 1 and 2 that are listed above.

We hope you find these courses useful.
